Refund Policy

We value customer satisfaction and have a fair refund policy in place.

1. Full Refunds

Clients are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• We fail to assign a suitable writer to your order.
• Payment was made by mistake, and the order was not processed.
• The order is canceled before we assign a writer.

2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds apply if:

• The completed work does not meet initial instructions despite revisions.
• The order is canceled after the writer has started but before completion.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

• Completed orders that meet the original requirements.
• Delayed revision requests.
• Disputes filed after 14 days of order completion.
