Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 8, 2025At Eduwrite Experts, we stand by our commitment to delivering work that strictly adheres to your initial instructions. This policy governs all refund requests made when the final delivered product fails to meet your specified expectations.
1. Quality Assurance Guarantee
Every completed paper undergoes a rigorous check by our **Quality Assurance (QA) team** to confirm it meets all **internal quality standards** and the client's initial requirements before delivery. This check covers:
- **Adherence to Instructions:** Ensuring all key parameters, like topic, length, source requirements, and structure, are followed.
- **Originality:** Confirming the paper is 100% original using advanced plagiarism detection software.
- **Academic Integrity:** Checking for correct citation style (e.g., APA, MLA) and proper academic tone.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
A client is eligible to request a refund if they believe the order received does not meet their documented expectations. All refund claims must be submitted to our support team within **7 days** of the final order delivery date.
Full Refund (100%):
A full refund is issued only in cases of **total failure to deliver** or **complete breach of core instructions**. This includes:
- The paper was never delivered, and the deadline has passed.
- The paper contains extensive and non-revisable **plagiarism** (as confirmed by our QA team).
- The paper is completely irrelevant to the agreed-upon topic or requirements (e.g., delivered the wrong type of paper).
Partial Refund (50%):
A **50% refund** may be granted when our QA team determines that the delivered paper **partially meets the core details** but has significant, yet fixable, shortcomings. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The paper substantially missed several minor instructions, even after the revision period.
- The paper was delivered late without prior agreement, causing it to be unusable for the intended purpose.
- The quality is significantly below the expected academic level, but the core requirements (topic, length) were addressed.
No Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests submitted **after the 7-day claim window** has expired.
- Orders where a revision was provided and the client accepted the revised document.
- Disputes based on subjective expectations or grade outcomes (we guarantee quality, not grades).
- Claims where the client made significant changes to the original instructions during the process.
3. Refund Process
The decision on all refund claims rests solely with our Quality Assurance Department after a thorough investigation. Our standard procedure is as follows:
- Client submits a detailed refund request to customer support, highlighting the unmet expectations and providing clear evidence.
- The QA team reviews the claim, comparing the delivered paper against the original order brief.
- The client will be offered a **final free revision** as the primary resolution tool, as per our Revision Policy.
- If the client refuses the final revision or the revised work still fails to meet the core requirements (as determined by QA), the refund decision (100%, 50%, or 0%) will be issued within **3-5 business days** of the claim submission.
Refunds, once approved, are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank's policies.
