Revision Policy
Last Updated: October 8, 2025Our goal at Eduwrite Experts is to deliver high-quality, precise, and original work. If the delivered order does not fully meet the initial instructions you provided, you are entitled to **free revisions** according to the policy outlined below.
1. Free Revision Period and Eligibility
Clients are eligible for **free revisions** under the following conditions:
- **Timeframe:** The request for revision must be submitted within **14 days (two weeks)** of the date you received the final completed order.
- **Unlimited Requests:** You are permitted to request revisions **multiple times** within this 14-day period until you are fully satisfied, provided each request meets the criteria below.
- **Original Instructions:** The revision request must be based **only** on the original instructions provided when the order was placed.
- **Revision Scope:** Revision requests must be reasonable and related to minor adjustments, formatting issues, or specific points that were missed or misinterpreted based on the initial order requirements.
2. What Constitutes a Valid Free Revision Request?
A revision is free if the request is necessary due to one or more of the following factors:
- The writer missed specific instructions or requirements detailed in the original order form or file uploads.
- The writer did not adhere to the specified style (e.g., APA, MLA) or formatting guidelines.
- There are significant grammatical, spelling, or coherence errors.
- The content does not logically flow or fails to address the core topic as defined in the original brief.
3. Circumstances Requiring a New Order/Payment
Requests that involve changes or additions to the original requirements will not be covered under the free revision policy and will require a new order or a charge for extra services. This includes:
- **New Instructions:** Requesting changes that differ from or contradict the original order details (e.g., changing the topic, adding a new section, requesting a different source type).
- **New Materials:** Requesting the inclusion of new external sources, documents, or data that were not provided or referenced in the initial order brief.
- **Expired Timeframe:** Requests submitted after the **14-day free revision period** has expired.
